  • Joan Richert

    Joan has a BS in Exercise Science and Wellness from Ball State University, is a Cerified Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine, and has owned and operated fitness studios since 1980.

    In 2005, Joan began Pilates training. She is now a Certified Pilates Teacher through Peak Pilates® and a Cerfitied Master Teacher through Pilates Sports Center.

    As a Pilates instructor, Joan uses her extensive knowledge of tai chi, martial arts, and strength training to help clients improve their movement skills, flexibility, balance, agility, and bone density. It is her belief that everyone, regardless of age or ability, can improve their quality of life through Pilates training.

  • Becky Duncan

    Becky was certified through Pilates Sports Center in Louisville, KY, in 2019, completed her CoreAlign Level One training in 2023, and expanded her skills through Healthy Upper Body Movement and Guide to Addressing Lower Body Issues workshops with Clare Dunphy Hemani in 2024. She is currently pursuing a Level One classical certification through Peak Pilates.

    Through her study of both contemporary and classical Pilates, Becky is able to assist clients at every ability level through their Pilates journey.

  • Maggie King

    Since 2010, Maggie has been inspiring others in their Pilates practice. She remains committed to improving her craft and has completed multiple certifications including Post Rehabilitation Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist and Pilates for Neurological Conditions training, and is a Registered Yoga Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer.

    She believes in a holistic implementation of Pilates that meets individuals’ unique needs and goals. She loves to help her clients realize their potential, move with confidence, honor their bodies in all stages of life, and remember to have fun.
